Dynamics of vibratory technological machines and processes

The original approaches to the problems of the dynamics of the vibrating transport and technological machine with electromagnetic excitation of vibrations are considered. A generalized mathematical model of the spatial motion of the system "vibratory exciter - working member - operational load in the form of bulk material" was constructed and comprehensive modeling was carried out. The results of modeling on the dynamic stability of the electromagnetic vibrating machines are presented and cases concerning the use of numerical methods are shown, taking into account non-linearity in the electromagnetic vibratory exciters.The mechanism for generating subharmonic vibrations, as well as the method of taking account for the hysteresis phenomenon of the electromagnet in the mathematical model are described. A new scheme of the exciter with frequency division of operating vibrations has been developed and investigated. Some new designs of the electromagnetic vibratory feeders are presented.The book may be used by engineers and scientists working in the area of vibration engineering and technology, as well as using a systems approach in the field of dynamics of complex mechanical systems.
