This book have taken Lebanon as a case study to study Electronic Tourism in it, where it was, how it developed and how to manage it in the future. There also includes E-tourism advantages and disadvantages that exist in Lebanon and how to improve the disadvantages by building strategies and creating awareness and cooperation between different stakeholders. It is an analytical, quantitative project that focuses on studying what consumers want and what the tourism industry sector requests with all its components, mostly focusing on travel agencies and hotels to see their perspectives and preferences regarding e-tourism.

Rasha Faraj started her education in 2006, in 2010 earned the BA degree in Tourism Management (LU, Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management, Lebanon), then in 2010-2011,earned Master s degree in Professional Tourism(LU). From 2010-onwards, working at the Lebanese University as instructor and trainer.
