E-Voting and Credible elections in a Democratic Society
Details
Conducting a very credible election in many countries of the world, especially in developing countries, it is increasingly becoming a very arduous task. This is mainly due to its manual method implementation which is infested with election vices such as rigging, rampant cancellation of election results, disqualification of eligible candidates, non-adherence to laid-down rules, thuggery, bribery, corruption, etc. E-Voting through the use of SmartPhones, tablets, laptops, desktops, or any other electronic device that has Internet connection is the surest method for a truly credible election. This book showed vividly, in a step-by-step manner, how this technique can be used efficiently and effectively.
