The Book Focuses on The Novel, Informal, Apprenticeship Mode of Training Children From Tender Age in The Arts of Entrepreneurship with Particular Reference to Ilorin, The Capital of Kwara State, in Nigeria. This Mode of Training was Observed to Mitigate the High Rate of Unemployment in the State to Such an Extent that Neighboring States Such as Oyo, Osun, Kogi and Niger States Have Started Borrowing this Idea. The Book Noted That Parents in Kwara State, Majority of Whom are Muslims, Willingly and Concertedly Involved Their Children (Male and Female) of Ages Between Five and Fifteen Years in Learning Skills While Still in Elementary Schools and Early Secondary Schools in Order to Meet Unemployment Challenges in Nigeria. this Move was Considered a Paradigm Shift Among Muslims Who Hitherto Prefer Quaranic Education To Western Education.the Recent Involvement Of Female Muslim Children In Entrepreneurship Training Was Also Considered As A Welcome Development That Makes This Study Topical.This Model of Entrepreneurship as a Quest to Solving Unemployment Challenges was Viewed as Indigenous to and Uncommon in Nigeria South of Sahara.The Above Reasons Were the Motivation Behind this Book.

Dr. Adebowale Biodun AREO graduated from the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 1979.For over three decades, he served as curator in famous Nigerian Museums. He obtained an MBA and Ph.D degree in Marketing from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He is an associate Professor at the Wesley University of Science and Technology Ondo,Nigeria.
