ECG and imaging abnormalities in cardiomyopathy in Burundi

The management of cardiac diseases requires an important contribution of complementary examinations. In Burundi, the difficulty of diagnosis in the management of cardiac diseases is mainly due to technical equipment that is unfortunately not accessible or available locally. This work, in the era of ECG, echocardiography and chest X-ray in our daily practice, studies the electrocardiographic and imaging abnormalities during cardiomyopathies in Burundi as well as the place of these complementary examinations in the therapeutic choice in case of cardiomyopathies.
