Dr Chukwuemeka Osuigwe is a Researcher at the University of Johannesburg and a Professional Town and Regional Planner. He has published books, articles and a book chapter. He is a specialist in Special Economic Zone, Infrastructure Planning, Town Planning, Policy Development, and Strategy.
