The general approach we take in this book is positive, not prescriptive, in the sense that we strive to be realistic. Several sections of this book provide a comprehensive view of the Moroccan economy and its prospects, policies, and challenges. It contains the level of Morocco's economy and discusses the components of growth and development as well as the contribution of the different sectors to the growth of the economy and highlights the most important current and future development projects. The book describes Morocco's external situation and the quality of its integration into the international economy. It also highlights the sectors and their challenges. Thus, the general logic of the book's plot is to first describe the different realities of the Moroccan economy and then the policies initially designed to fill the gaps. In this book, which deals with many areas, space is necessarily limited, which does not always allow for an in-depth analysis of the causes of the facts described.
