Born in 1959 , studied at St.Anthony"s college Shillong India . Post graduation and Ph.D from North-Eastern Hill University Shillong India. Presently teaching at North-Eastern Hill University Shillong India. He has written one book and published several papers in different journals. He is a life member of Indian Economic Association.
