Education, culture and democratic coexistence

Humans are constituted as social beings on the basis of the interactions that we weave in coexistence with otherness. Man is a permanent generator of imaginaries, concepts and practices that enable the enrichment and transformation of democratic life; his experiences are the result of the various relationships within the social collective. From his daily experiences in the context to which he belongs, man builds culture. Both in its origin and in its material and energetic bases, man identifies himself not only with the rest of the living beings, but also with the physical elements of the environment. This work brings together a set of essays, which are articulated around the discussion on the need for interaction and integration of issues related to education and its contributions to the development of culture for coexistence in democracy, deployed in humanised environmental scenarios.
