Education: from university education to educational practice management

The rationale behind this study is the certainty that teacher training does not begin in higher education nor is it limited to it, but is built up over a lifetime. In this work, we propose a reflection on the paths that exist between university education and professional teaching experience, with a view to improving the quality of teaching practice management.
