Educational Informatics

This book is a support text for the Educational Informatics Module for Master's students in Educational Sciences and Nature Conservation Education at the Higher Institute of Educational Sciences in Huambo. It is divided into two chapters. The first contributes to raising general awareness of the concepts and relationships between Informatics, Education, Educational Informatics and finally Emerging Technologies and Emerging Pedagogies. The second chapter focuses on the study of some Web 2.0 tools, particularly Edmodo Virtual Environment, Google Drive Collaborative Environment, Educational Blogs and, finally, the Mendeley Bibliographic Reference Manager.
