The implementation of an ethics and compliance program is the tool, the lever which is becoming widespread to supervise and facilitate the alignment of behaviors within the company. When assumed, constructed and conducted in a shared manner by managers, this type of program strengthens teams' confidence in leadership and stimulates commitment and therefore the creation of lasting value. It is therefore fundamental to develop one's ability to lead and inspire individual behavior as part of a collective project based not only on ambitions but also on shared values, principles and rules. Ethical leadership is characterized by a set of values and principles that guide behavior within the company. It is structured around several essential dimensions which are essential to lead with integrity and respect for others. Integrity involves consistency between words and actions, demonstrating honest and transparent behavior. An ethical leader must be a model of integrity, inspiring trust and credibility. Equity is at the heart of ethical leadership. It concerns the fair and equitable management of resources, and the equitable recognition of everyone's contributions.
