This book examines various aspects of educational planning in Sub-Saharan Africa, with special reference to Kenya, as applied to the current emerging issues in the education sector. Practically, there are key emerging issues which have direct impact on education and which need to be properly addressed so as to bring a positive change. The approach used in this book is based on extensive literature review of related aspects of education planning in the developed world.
