Educational Thoughts as reflected in Dr APJ Abdul Kalam's Writings

Abdul Kalam was one of the distinct thinkers who had elaborated their major ideas on national, social and economic perspectives. His greater achievements uplifted the nation to the international arena in science and technology. Though he was a man of science and technology and having an active interest in the field of researches, he was a known thinker and a considerable writer of visionary thoughts and ideas. The earlier thinkers and philosophers of education have elaborated different perspectives on education. On the other way, Abdul Kalam had talked about the modern education system and its need for the human being, for the society, for the economy of the country and for the national development. He had presented very keen ideas and thoughts regarding education in his ample speeches and writings including books and articles. These educational thoughts are the significant directions and suggestions for the betterment of education and its expansion into the every nook and corner of the country. The present book narrates the analysis of the educational ideas of APJ Abdul Kalam as reflected in his major books.
