Effect of application of different compost rates

The advantages of composts as ingredients of growing media include their low cost, nutritional contribution and suppressiveness against soil-borne diseases. The above-mentioned considerations suggest a bright future for the use of composts as growing media. Hence, the objectives of this study is: 1. To evaluate the effect of organic compost amendments on growth characteristics of papaya seedlings. 2. To evaluate the effect of organic compost amendments on nutrients content of papaya leaves.
