Effect Of Coldenia procumbens On Myocardial Infarction in Albino Rats

This book had been very useful for the treatment of myocardial infarction by screening the active constitute in the plant.This is totally pretreatment study.Myocardial infarction was induced by the Isoproterenol.During the project various approaches i made in search for active compound in coldenia procumbens. I did various extraction processes and study of total phenolic and flavonid content. for assuming the best extract for my study. Finally i selected hydroalcoholic extract for my study.Albino wistar rats had taken for the study.
