This book is written for the college students studying in Agricultural Sciences as well as other professionals working in the field of agriculture. The main thrust of the book is on giving the introductory knowledge about the sewage sludge and fly ash and its interaction for the use in agriculture as amendments and fertilizer for better use efficiency of nutrients with reducing the inorganic fertilizers.

Ashish Rai received his M.Sc. degree from SHIATS, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. Having research experience of more than four years as a Field Assistant in SHIATS, Allahabad and Senior Research Fellow in IARI, New Delhi. Selected as Assistant Field Officer in SLUSI, Government of India. Currently pursuing Ph.D. (Ag.) in Soil Science from BHU, Varanasi.
