Effect of Helminth infection in HIV infected children in Abakaliki

The book ''Effect of helminth infection in HIV infected children in Abakaliki, Southeast Nigeria'' is meant to arouse the attention of its readers to the possible relationship that could exist between helminth and HIV infections. These two diseases although preventable, still thrive in the developing countries for obvious reasons. Findings from this book, suggest that routine de-worming with the use of anti-helminth drugs which is cheap and accessible could go a long way to improve the life of HIV infected children that may have the co-morbidity.
