In today's competitive scenario, Human Resources are the most valuable organizational resource. As business world is coming closer globally and corporate culture is also taking new shape as according to contemporary organizational requirement so procurement of human resources are also being affected by this changing scenario. It is widely believed that human resource is the most precious and important resource among all the resources of any business organization. It is so because human resource is valuable asset for the organization. The most valuable asset of any organization is its manpower. All business organization need to search effective and capable human resources, recruit right kind of people with skills, knowledge, qualifications, abilities, competencies and experience to achieve the organizational goals. Human Resource Planning can be defined as the process by which an business organization ensures that it has the right number of people of right competencies at the right positions at the right place at the right time and also capable of accomplishing all the tasks to achieve its overall goals and objectives effectively and efficiently.
