On the basis of results obtained from the present investigation, it may be concluded that the treatment T7 (100% RDF + azosprillum) was superior for growth and yield parameters in knol-khol. The treatment T8 (100% RDF+ azotobacter) and T15 (azospirilium + azotobacter) also showed the best response in some growth, yield and quality traits like, plant height, knob diameter, knob weight and vitamin-C. Hence, these three treatments should be use to enhance the production of knol-khol under Garhwal hills.
