Effect of Internal Control Systems on Performance of the North Rift

This research was interested in finding out the effect of internal control systems on performance of the North Rift counties. The study sets out to find the performance of internal control systems in Kenya and in particular on county governments. It sought to discover the challenges that county governments are currently experiencing. She enrolled for her Msc in Finance and Accounting at KCA University in May 2017 graduating in a record time of 2 years in November 2018.

Madam Esther Lokai Elim was born in Kainuk-Turkana South, Turkana County, Kenya in 1986. In the year 2002 she was the top girl student in KCPE in the then Turkana District, she joined Alliance girls high school in the year 2003 with support from old girls kitty financing her secondary education.
