I am very happy to publish research paper "Effect of personality traits to increase performance Company - Robi - Axiata Bangladesh." Robi Aiata is one leading telecommunication and internet service provider of Bangladesh. In this research paper The Big Five Model's personality dimensions have been regarded as the independent variables while the dependent variables were job satisfaction and job performance. My research work involved carrying out primary research on a sample group of 100 (N=100) employees of a leading telecom company of our nation. The employees were provided with questionnaires that comprised of questions that aim to measure Dear Mr. Khandaker Rahman, the employees work related characteristics with respect to the 5 personality traits. There were also questions developed to measure or reflect the employees job performance and job satisfaction. After the careful analysis and assessment of all the respective figures I have obtained with respect to our research methodology and research results we can conclude that the Big Five model of personality dimensions plays a significant role in influencing both the performance and satisfaction of employees in the workplace".
