Effect of usual footwear on balance and mobility during dual task

Dual tasking is an important asset to everyone's life But as ageing occurs this task is tremendously effected Thereby disturbing daily routine activities specially in elderly women. How it affects balance and mobility while using usual footwear or barefooted have been assessed while this research work so that changes can be implemented while rehabilitating them in clinical setups. Number of falls can be reduced if balance and mobility improves with ageing thereby reducing the cost to society and hence elderly women can live happily with improved quality of life.
