Effective business analysis in a company

Although the topic of business analysis has been described in great detail in numerous sources for many years, the role of the business analyst is still frequently called into question. Requirements for the position are consistently defined in detail in the literature, but are rarely clearly outlined as job profiles in companies. The aim of this thesis is to identify influencing factors and requirements according to the current literature in the first part and to determine which problem areas could arise, especially in relation to stakeholders.
