Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it. - Dwight D. Eisenhower. Effective Leadership is exhibiting appropriate leadership style to their followers based on their needs. When a Leader over leads or under leads their followers, there will be a mismatch which demotivate the followers and makes the leader come across as ineffective.
