This book is the result of an empirical study on students' records management effectiveness in Nigerian universities. The study was carried out among personnel handling students' records and university administrators. Factors such as job suitability, job satisfaction and other institutional factors positively or negatively, significantly or insignificantly influence the effective management of students' records in both public and private Universities. The book provides recommendations to assist governments and university administrators with effective management of students' records.

Angela E. Nwaomah is an experienced Records Management Professional. She holds a PhD degree in Information Resources Management (Records Management) from Babcock University, Nigeria. Angela currently serves as the Registrar of Adventist University of Africa, Nairobi, Kenya and is also an Assistant Professor of Information and Records Management.
