Effectiveness Evaluation in the European Neighbourhood Policy

My working hypothesis is that the effectiveness reform in the areas of trade, market and regulatory reform is evident by the fact that Moldova signed the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area Agreement and the Association Agreement with the European Union. However, this success depended on the way interactions between actors (social processes and cooperation in which they were involved) determined their behaviors, attitudes, and subjective perceptions on environmental influences (social definition of reality).
