Currently, the study of trust is one of the most in-demand in the social sciences, there is an intensive exchange of knowledge between specialists from different scientific fields. Organizational trust is of particular interest to researchers of the humanities, because in an organization trust is one of the leading factors in the quality of communication, efficiency and vitality of its structure. Trust is recognized as an extremely important factor for the development of the organization and increase its efficiency. Without it it is difficult to maintain the motivation of employees to creativity, cooperation and taking risks. Decrease of level of organizational trust leads to decrease of labor productivity of the personnel.
