Effects Of Maintenance Policies On A Flexible Manufacturing Cell

With increasing use of computerized system in every field engineering sector is also advancing with it. FMC is latest in this regard consisting of machines as well as material handling systems. The production rate is fast as the wear and tear of machines. The wear and tear is to be taken care of as it will affect the production. Therefore certain maintenance policies can be used to lessen the idle time taken for maintenance of the machines.
