The monograph explains that on the basis of a multichannel signature analyzer, a mathematical model has been developed to reduce the time and improve the efficiency of troubleshooting microprocessor devices, methods and algorithms for assessing the reliability of monitoring and diagnostics. The practical significance of the monograph is explained by the fact that in order to increase the efficiency of diagnostics of microprocessor devices in data transmission systems, a search device based on a multichannel analyzer of readiness coefficient signatures, recovery time and failures has been developed.It is intended for specialists, researchers and students of higher educational institutions.Recommended for publication by the Academic Council of the Tashkent institute of finance.
