Efficient and Reliable Cloud Architecture for Big Data Handling

The objective of this book is to introduce a Cloud computing framework which is feasible and necessary for handling huge data. National ID database structure of Bangladesh which is prepared by election commission of Bangladesh is considered for this book. An interactive graphical user interface for Bangladeshi People Search (BDPS) for a hybrid structure is used as an example. Discussion on Eucalyptus and Amazon Web Service (AWS) is presented for understanding locally hosted cloud and remote cloud. Implementation of apache Hadoop and HiveQL is discussed briefly. Some common limitations of big data handling is also pinpointed. A new approach for handling public data visibility problem is also addressed in this book. This book would be useful for developing a system based on cloud computing.

Narzu Tarannum is the lecturer of Computer Science and Engineering department of BRAC University Bangladesh. She completed her M.Sc. from the CSE department of North South University and B.Sc. from South East University.
