Efficient Technique of Conflict Prevention and Resolution

This work has been written by the practicing conflict management expert, who defended his DSc thesis in the field of conflict management. The book describes the technique allowing to prevent and resolve conflicts in the most efficient way. This technique was developed by the author within his fifty-year-long experience of assistance to people, who were involved in a conflict or having a desire to avoid it. The efficiency of the proposed approach was verified by a long-term successful practices of the author as well as of those, who learnt this simple and efficient technique.
