EHRs and Meaningful Use: A Public Health Challenge

The case study was an assessment of public health professionals challenges faced during the transition process from paper-based medical records to electronic records. Also, the exploration was on the preparedness in implementing the Certified Electronic Health Records Technology (CEHRT) for the Stage-2 Meaningful Use (MU) in the public health districts of Georgia. The case study was the cross case analysis of the embedded units.
