ELABORATION OF A RISK MAP:

Among all the activities that involve public health, basic sanitation and access to drinking water are those that most directly impact any population, so a major issue to be addressed with regard to sanitation services are the risks existing in Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Water Elevation Plants (WES) and Reservoirs. In order to provide a safe and quality work environment for the sanitation service workers, it is of great importance to carry out risk studies about the operations involving the lifting of water. Due to this, the present work had as an objective the elaboration of risk maps in two Water Elevation Stations in the city of Campina Grande (PB).
