Rikaz Sheriff is the Medical Officer, Health Informatics at National Institute of Mental Health, Sri Lanka's largest hospital for Mental Health. He holds a MBBS from Pakistan, a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education and a MSc in Biomedical Informatics from PGIM, University of Colombo. He has over 10 years experience in eLearning.
