Often voters select the most charismatic or familiar individual...one with a particular skill or political prowess. Rarely does a candidate's ability to manage enter the discussion during a political cycle. The question needing the most critical consideration, is whether or how an elected leader's management ability helps or hinders a government agencies ability to function. Rather than succumbing to the perception that all government is broken, it's time to instead determine what needs to change.
