"When the Ivorian people as a whole spoke for the first time since 2000, on November 28, 2010 in overwhelming numbers they said : ''Alassane Ouattara ''. Since then, widespread allegations of election fraud and complains were raised against several electoral regions and electoral districts by the incumbent President and few political parties. In response to these complaints post-election, violence spread over the country with it aftermath of social, political and economic consequences which continue to affect the country until today. One decade later, this study aims to revisit the 2010 controversial and disputes on the final results of the presidential election by giving an academic answer to the relevant question which is still active in political discourse in the country.
