The book entitled with Determination of Stability Constants of Binary and Mixed Complexes deals with the stability constants of metal complexes can be very easily calculated by this technique, therefore the present method is advantageous over other methods ( viz, polarographic, potentiometric, solubility etc) which usually suffers from a number of vitiating factors (e.g. diffusion, ionic strength and temperature ). The Electrophoretic technique is almost free from these vitiating factors and results are fairly reliable. Its further extension that these studies can be used to reduced the level of these metal ions in biological system. These studies may also be used for the resolution of racemic mixture of penicillamine and other amino acids.
