Change is a constant in our lives, but how can we deal with it? A troubled man is hopeless about the old way of doing things. A young fellow sees his sorrows and wants to help out, but what has the youth to teach a generation built on tradition? Having nothing to lose, the old man is willing to give it a shot and listen. The young visitor sounds promising, but will his ideas work in the real world? In spite of many doubts, they embark on an adventure to settle that question: whether progress and tradition can flourish, together in harmony.

We live inside a story. We all have narratives about where we came from, where we are, and where we're going. We shape our experience by the kinds of stories we choose to tell. They inform our decisions, our thoughts, and the way we feel about things. We're all authors. For a very long time, before writing became a common trade, telling stories was a matter of speech. We continue this tradition today. We hear stories from our family, our friends, and the stories we tell ourselves and others. When airtime is limited, we may choose to write instead. We can be blunt about it, or take the same events and encode them in a different setting, turning it into fiction. Following the thread of our curiosity, we show the world who we are, which is why I write: for the pleasure of bringing worlds that excite me to life, taking delight in the idea that somewhere, someone else might enjoy it too.
