Emerging Role of SEBI in Regulating Corporate finance

Finance to a Company appears to be what blood to a human body. Company right from its incorporation and during its perpetual succession requires flow of adequate finance for determining all its liabilities, debts and statutory and other compliances. Company remains as the sole legal entity which can manage its finance through offering its securities to the public in the securities market. Therefore, Structured and orderly growth of securities market is required for success of corporations in particular and economy in general. This task has been entrusted to SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) in India. The author, Rajesh Kumar, is born on 25th January, 1987 at Kodesar, Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan). In 2008 He joined B.V.Sc & A.H. in the ACVM, Jaipur, (Rajasthan). He completed degree with an OGPA of 6.70 out of 10 point scale in the year 2013. In 2014 he joined M.V.Sc. through ICAR in the Department of Animal Nutrition,CVSc, Jabalpur.
