The term e-Commerce was a buzzword once, but today it is a reality. The e-Commerce has successfully changed the way people transact the business operations. India housed 3,311 e-Commerce hubs, 1,267 rural hubs and 2,217 import hubs and 391 export hubs as of January 2013. Against this background, an attempt has been made in this book to discuss phase- wise growth and development of e-Commerce in India, evolution of Digital India and e-Commerce explosion, growing importance of retail logistics and information technology, future of e-Commerce and e-Commerce facilitators.
