Marine Industry is up-and-coming as one of the most dynamic and fast-paced industries in the world of oceanic region. Almost all key marine industries in the world have a positive impact on the exceptions of seafarers such as their income, safety and security while they are on board the ship. The deep involvement among seafarers during the time of adjunct can improve the quality work life of seafarers. On the whole, seafarers are considered to be the backbone of the marine industry. In this research, it is concluded self-awareness among seafarers is high. This study shows that seafarer has very good control over their behaviour. For the factor of well-being, it is found that seafarers have a well-balanced working environment inside the ship. This may be due to the willpower seafarers have towards them and the force of their positive attitude. In the emotional expressions of seafarers, verbal communication is very lofty. Seafarers have very good inter-personal relationships while they are onboard the ship. Empathy is found to be high among seafarers since the crew members are very limited.
