Employee attrition of talented employees has been viewed negative by all visionary organizations.The plethora of research into this issue is indicative of both the significance and complexity of the problem. Factors responsible to this problem and solutions needed to rectify the same are aimed through this research. Human Resources are the only source of long term competitive advantage for the companies. It plays a key role in helping company's deals with fast changing competitive environment. Employees are major component of any business and the management of people is a major part of any manager's job .HRM involves five major areas: staffing, retention, development and adjustment and managing change.
