Employee retention is one of the biggest challenges faced by corporate leaders in any Industry. Even though companies make efforts to control this issue, still it fails to a great extent. The ability to retain talented and committed employees will contribute significantly to the success and achievements of the Organization. Therefore, the need for designing effective retention strategies arises. This study focuses on retention of employees at NEDA Natural Clinic, one of the fastest growing private Clinics in the Country. The study addresses the general issues related to retention practices and how valuable employees are retained by the Company focusing on different determinants including; career development opportunities, supervisor support, work environment, rewards and work-life balance.
