Organizations are born, grow and some times die. Managers of all types of organization should keep always in their minds how important are their human resources who are the care takers for the organization's performance and last longer. The human resources are the real back bone of every organization either business oriented or social oriented. The coaching of these invaluable resources is the top secret for the organization long live and better performance. Missing this is like using an ax not sharpen to cut trees.
