STEEN HØYRUP is Associate Professor in Education and Director of the research programme 'Organisation and Learning' at the Department of Education, Aarhus University, Denmark. He is engaged in the management of the EDI-network: The European network of Employee-Driven Innovation and Workplace Learning.

MARIA BONNAFOUS-BOUCHER is Professor and Dean of Research at Novancia, Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business School, France.

CATHRINE HASSE is Professor at the Department of Education, Aarhus University, Denmark.

MAJA LOTZ is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business and Politics, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.

KIRSTEN MØLLER is Project Manager at the Department of Education, Aarhus University, Denmark.
