Employee Happiness - Panacea for Growth
Details
Happiness is commonly mistaken with a particular attitude, feeling, or level of pleasure, and many authors use the terms interchangeably. Happiness has been classified as a positive feeling by a number of psychologists. Workplace happiness is the result of the strategies, values, regulations, and laws established by top management. Employees believe that if they are successful in their jobs and accomplish all of their objectives on schedule, they will be happy.Over the last five decades, the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector of the Indian economy has grown to be an extraordinarily vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy. It makes a considerable contribution to the nation's financial and social success by encouraging entrepreneurship and generating the most commercial prospects with far lower capital investment, second only to agriculture. MSMEs act as support units for larger firms, and this sector is crucial to the nation's overall modernisation. MSMEs are spreading their wings across the economy, creating a diverse range of goods and services to fulfil the needs of both domestic and global markets.
