Employee Outlook

This book will help reader to understand Employee Outlook in the university organizations of Western Maharashtra. It has systematically explained the concept of employee outlook being practiced in day today corporate life and in University. This research book is based on the work carried out in the universities of Western Maharashtra. The opinion of Teaching and Non Teaching respondents were recorded in the findings. The collected data from respondents were systematically tabulated, presented through graphs, and interpreted to draw some meaningful conception. It has also focused on job satisfaction level, job involvement and organization commitment of employees. It will substantially contribute for deriving and lay down the policies related to university employees of Western Maharashtra in particular and university employees of Maharashtra in general. Sambhaji Mane, M.B.A., Ph.D., en gestion des ressources humaines, a 19 ans d'expérience en tant que professeur associé à l'école des sciences de la gestion de l'université Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada de Nanded, sous-centre de Latur. Ses publications de recherche sont les suivantes : 9 livres, 20 revues, 10 comptes rendus de conférences, 1MRP, 4PhD décernés et a organisé 13 séminaires et conférences.
