The performance produced by an organization is a reflection of the leader's performance in managing, supervising and supervising other people to carry out tasks according to plan. Human Resources based on competency will increase the ability to work in accordance with job demands, having maximum work capacity, both in terms of knowledge, abilities and attitudes that reflect work productivity. Cold chain is a system that maintains products at a certain temperature during production, storage and transportation to maintain product quality. The effectiveness of the Cold Chain System is the implementation of all main tasks, achieving goals, punctuality in this type of cold supply chain where the process aims to maintain the temperature so that the product remains maintained.
