Employees' Attitude towards the Organization

The attitude of employees plays a very vital role in the productivity of the organization. Attitude is one of the hidden, hard-to-measure factors that end up being crucial to the success of a company. Engaged, satisfied workers are more attentive than disgruntled employees, and more invested with the outcomes of their work. This research aims at studying the employees' attitude towards the organization with special reference to STC Jazan. The analysis and recommendations may be useful for especially for STC, other companies, researchers, professionals etc.
